- Arts organizations will showcase model arts education partnerships with schools by discipline areas.
- Guest Speaker, Sherry Kafka Wagner, will present Designing the Learning Experience.
- Arizona Alliance for Arts Education, local Arts Agencies & the AZ State Library will present grants workshops focusing on funding and building a strong evaluation process.
- An interactive panel will discuss the challenges in planning and implementing successful partnerships between schools and cultural organizations.
- Cultural organizations will have booths and be available throughout the day for networking and planning for the 2008-2009 school year.
Bring a team of people--your principal, your librarian, your arts specialist,
a parent, a board member and a classroom teacher!
Registration fee of $15.00 includes lunch, resources, give-aways, and a drawing for a semester-long afterschool arts program! Register by January 3, 2008.
